All are completely furnished ( this means sheets, towels, plates, & silverware, as well
as coffee pots, etc. ) including fireplaces
except for the efficiency units. Every seventh night is FREE except
during the
"Christmas period." Throughout the winter we participate in KIDS STAY
FREE/SKI
FREE PROGRAM, except during Christmas & Spring Break.Rates change
with the seasons, basic
rates are for up to the first four people 13 years and older, each
additional person over the fourth is an additional $10 per person per
night.
Children 12 and under stay FREE. Units can only be booked for the
NUMBER OF BREATHING PEOPLE stated on each unit, this includes children.
A three night minimum is required on all seasons. Christmas and Spring
Break are four nights
minimum. Christmas is from December 20th to
January
2nd.... Sorry no pets.
